1. The Coordinator developed an active leadership group consisting of local community medical leadership and County Health Department staff members.  This process and structure should be used as a model for other chapters within the WCFMRC.

2. The leadership created immunizations strike team and is working to activate them this fall (2007). 

3. The Coordinators are working to create a Task Force for special needs shelters and for support to local hospitals during times of surge.  The details and specific procedures are being developed.

4. The leadership created a special treatment task force to conduct school physicals this summer.  The specific details and procedures are being developed.

5. The Coordinator has installed the ID badge printers and scanners after members received this Badge printing training and Coordinated Response Information System (CRIS) training.
