1. The leadership created an immunizations strike team that has been tested at two drive-through immunization clinic exercises last fall.  This team will be utilized again this fall during flu shot season and tested during mass immunizations exercises.

2. The Coordinators are working on agreements and developing two task forces to help out two local hospitals during a surge or mass casualty situation.  These task forces would provide minor treatment for those not being admitted to the hospital. The hospital staff would provide triage for these patients.  The details are being developed and will be updated periodically.

3. The Coordinators are working on creating two special needs shelter task forces to assist with special needs shelters during hurricane season. 

4. The Leadership Group membership is undergoing a revitalization effort.  One strong focus of this groups will be concerning the agreements required between the various organizations and the County Health Department and the WCFMRC.

5. Recently, the Coordinators installed ID Badge printers and scanners.  The Coordinated Response Information System (CRIS) is operational and is linked to the ID badge printing and scanning software and hardware.
